SPECIAL EVENTS
 Departments hosting a special event or inviting a guest to the university may contact our office to reserve parking. This will ensure your guest(s) are able to park on campus without the need to seek an open metered space or utilize the visitor parking lot located at the University Center. Regardless if the event is in the early morning or late in the evening, a department may reserve the services provided by our office to ensure your guest(s) park on campus without incident.

To request our services, please complete a Special Event Form and an ID Requisition. Both forms are required to process your request and should be faxed (850-644-0008) or emailed (aakins@admin.fsu.edu) at least 48 hours in advance.
